go the extra mile. We are a high touch company.
Were
a company that actually prefers to do business face-to-face,
and will only do it otherwise, when not feasible, or when requested
not to. Were a relationship company, to us, our clients are clients,
not customers, and we treat them like gold, which is how they deserve
to be treated. We are here to SERVE our clients, not just sell people,
and we mean that. We consider ourselves to be a bit old fashioned in
the relationship department, and realize that people are people, not
profits.
We
roll out the red carpet for our clients, we feel we
have a DUTY, to help them as much as we can, and there have been times
we have done loans at no profit, to help borrowers in times of great
financial need, and if it came down to it, we will do it again. Of course
we can not regularly work for free, but if it means making or breaking
a deal because someone really needs financial help, which so many companies
will walk from, and giving up our profits can get the job done for that
client of ours, we don’t even consider it an option, we just do
it. We care about people, and we know that in most cases, there will
be no other option for people other then us, and no one else will help
them. This is the spirit of Tristar, we care about people.
We're
a value company, we try our best to do the best job,
in the fastest time possible, at the best value. It is very hard to
achieve all three in business, next to impossible in fact all the time,
but we strive to be the best we can be, and to constantly improve, your
suggestions and comments are always welcome, and we strive to constantly
have an open mind and listen to every idea.
We're
an education company, we will not go the quick and easy
road to profits, and although we will remain profitable, we are not
afraid to take the time out, and actually educate people on mortgages
and finance, so that they can do a better job, and make better decisions.
People are vastly unprepared financially these days, and no one in the
mortgage community is trying to bridge that gap, and that is a major
area where we excel above the competition.
We
come from a Financial Planning background. In fact we
have a financial planning company as well. Nearly every company in the
mortgage business is totally one dimensional. They look at a mortgage
as a separate piece from the rest of your finances, and the fact is,
this just isn’t so. A mortgage is a financial TOOL, and since
your REAL goal is about creating long term financial security for your
family, and has very little to do with one product, a mortgage should
be treated that way, and you should receive some help in doing do. This
is another major area where we really stand out, and which puts us well
above the competition. Although it is important to have a great mortgage,
it is even more important to have the RIGHT mortgage, that will do the
most to help you create long term financial security for you and your
family financially. Let us give you an example, often people shop for
a mortgage trying to save a quarter point, and although they will still
be ahead, it might save them merely 30 dollars a month. Obviously, 30
dollars a month will not do much of anything to help you create any
kind of long term financial security. If you had the kind of mortgage
that could save you 4 hundred dollars a month, obviously, this can be
used to help you create a very secure financial future if used properly.
We
will be right there with you from open to close, we
attend every closing appointment physically possible to attend. Have
you ever had your broker there at closing? If your like 90% of Americans,
you haven’t. We aren’t about throwing mud at the wall and
seeing what sticks, we are about relationships, and we are about helping
you make your dreams come true, and being there every step of the way.
You
will be dealing with real people, we aren’t going
to just try to push your loan through over the internet, or just pump
it through with no communication, we try to communicate as much as possible
with our clients, and often call just to let them know where it is along
the process and what the status is.
We
make you feel comfortable, if your not comfortable,
were not, period.
We
honor your rights. We aren’t controlling like
other mortgage companies. Two little known facts are: 1. You have a
right to receive a copy of your appraisal.
You
have a right to receive a copy of your credit report. We
feel you need these things to properly be informed of where you stand
financially, and most companies control these things as a business protection
method, and do not provide them to their clients. We feel this has simply
gotten out of hand in the industry. We are different. Upon closing,
we will provide for you copies of both, at of course, no charge. You
have a right to your information, period, and we will give it to you.
We work WITH you, not against you like most companies do.
We
honor your privacy. Your information will never be sold,
and will never be shared with any other company, period. If we want
to make more money, we will sell more loans, not sell you.
